Free Demo – Yoga Level 2

If you have taken yoga classes before and are unsure if you are ready to register for the next level, come out on Monday evening, March 25 and join Larissa in this free demo class.

Lift your body and spirit to the next level.  Yoga Level 2 will help you grow your yoga practice through more advanced postures.  This level is appropriate for people who have basic Yoga experience and those that have taken Yoga Level 1.

Parent-Child:  Monday 5:00-6:00pm – Vanitha
Multi-Level:  Monday 7:00-8:30pm – Larissa
For Stress Relief & Meditation:  Wednesday 8:45-9:45am – Cori
Youth Yoga:  Thursday 4:15-5:00pm – Yasmin
Gentle Yoga:  Thursday 5:30-6:30pm – Donna
