Try Fusion! Fusion is a blend of yoga, pilates and fitness, designed to develop strength, balance and flexibility -keys to staying young and feeling great!

Mondays 6:35-7:35pm at the Eau Claire YMCA.

Yoga for Runners at the Eau Claire YMCA

Are you a runner?

Know you need to stretch more…

Join Yoga for Runners, Mondays 7:40-8:40 pm.

 

 

This yoga program is designed specifically for runners and will address specific areas of tightness and muscles imbalances associated with runs. Help prevent and overcome injuries and enhance physical conditioning.

Discover how yoga will help improve flexibility, core strength, balance, and endurance as well as help you develop better breathing patterns and running form.

Next program starts April 1st.
