YMCA programs free September 3-8th

Looking to supliment your current workouts? Want to try something new?

YMCA Calgary is offering free programs at all of our locations September 3-8th. Please visit your branch for individual schedules.

Try zumba, yoga active, yoga passive, metabollic conditioining, TRX, TRX cycle, Women’s resistance training, Boxer’s workouts, Kettlebell bootcamps and much more!


Boxer’s Workout comes to Crowfoot

Crowfoot YMCA is excited to offer Boxer’s Workout for the first time!  Join our FANTASTIC instructor, Carmaine, as she takes you through this intense circuit-style class.  You’ll workout like a champ as you experience specialized boxing techniques and learn specific skills to gain strength and agility while getting a full body workout.

Class runs Tuesdays 6:45-7:45pm April 2-June 18.  Course code is 83861.  Feel free to sign up although the session has already begun.  Fees will be prorated.  Member cost is $88 and non-member cost is $132.

Free Demo – Boxer’s Workout

Workout like a CHAMP! Experience specialized boxing techniques and learn specific skills to gain strength and agility while getting a full body workout.
Get a taste of key boxing principles such as shadow boxing, circuit training and skipping, using various equipment.  FREE demo class Tuesday, March 26 6:45-7:45pm.
